Well it's been a while since my last blog as I've very busy with weddings!
I've recently been the wedding co-ordinator for 2 weddings in April and thoroughly enjoyed them both! Its very hard work behind the scenes at a large wedding but its wonderful to be able to give the bride and groom and their family a chance to relax and enjoy the wedding day without having to be on top of all the minute details and the big problems that can arise during the course of the day.
A wedding planner can solve problems without you even realising they had happened in the first place!
A great tip for flowers falling out of oasis is to use hair grips to grip the wilted stems and put into the oasis!
Also duct tape has a million and one uses from securing seating plans to making into a wedge to stop tables wobbling!
Also, if the only chance you have to get into the venue to put out your seating plan, place cards and decorations is the morning of the wedding you're going to be very rushed or worried when you really need to be enjoying the pre-wedding preparations with your wedding party. The wedding planner will do all this for you and make sure your instructions are carried out carefully so you don't need to worry at all.
Happy wedding planning!
